What’s your personal background?
“After my vocational training in banking and finance, I studied Real Estate Economy at HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen, and graduated in 2006. I made first experiences at E & G Real Estate during a practical semester in 2004. I stayed on as a working student and gained great insights into the real estate business. I was also given the opportunity to write my diploma thesis in cooperation with E & G. Since 2007, I am employed here as a consultant on the investment team. I’m also responsible for all research in our field. With support from E & G Real Estate, I have gained further qualification as a Certified Surveyor for the valuation of developed and undeveloped property as well as for commercial leases.”
What made you decide for E & G Real Estate as an employer?
“That was an easy decision. Also without direct insights into the company during my studies, E & G Real Estate is definitely a very attractive employer. Next to the friendly atmosphere within the company, I would like to point out the great opportunities for personal development and our HR policies. This is reflected in a low level of fluctuation. Since 2007, we have been the same people on our team.”
What’s the most exiting aspect of your job?
“Every day brings new challenges that we’re tackling to meet the needs of our clients. You have to constantly react to the changing market environment. Thanks to the good contacts to our customers, we know exactly what they are looking for and can give them upscale consulting. We also serve our clients with the analysis and valuation of their properties and individual listing strategies.”
