INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS LETTING 2022 - ANOTHER RECORD YEAR ON THE WAY

The market for lettings in the industrial and logistics segment has seen further growth in S1-2022. With 152,000 m² of newly let hall space, the very good result of the previous year was once again exceeded by 19.7 %. The main drivers of this momentum were three major leases in Bondorf (County Böblingen), Bietigheim-Bissingen (County Ludwigsburg) and Wernau (County Esslingen), with a combined volume of 67,500 m². This corresponds to approx. 45% of the total take-up in the first half of 2022.

Top-7-Industrie- und Logistikmarkt: Höhere Kaufpreise trotz weniger dynamischen Vermietungsmärkten

Das Marktgeschehen bei Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien an den deutschen Top-7-Standorten zeigte im Verlaufe des Corona-Ausnahmejahres 2020 regionale, mitunter wirtschaftsstrukturell bedingte, Unterschiede. Es waren sowohl steigende als auch stagnierende, aber keine sinkenden Preiskennziffern zu verzeichnen. Die Spitzenmieten und Grundstückpreise blieben teils unverändert auf Vorjahresniveau, teils stiegen sie spürbar an. „An nahezu allen Standorten sind die Spitzenrenditen weiter gesunken, was das wachsende Investoreninteresse an Logistikimmobilien als Anlageklasse unterstreicht“, so Oliver Schön, Sprecher von German Property Partners (GPP).
