INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS LETTING 2022 - ANOTHER RECORD YEAR ON THE WAY

The market for lettings in the industrial and logistics segment has seen further growth in S1-2022. With 152,000 m² of newly let hall space, the very good result of the previous year was once again exceeded by 19.7 %. The main drivers of this momentum were three major leases in Bondorf (County Böblingen), Bietigheim-Bissingen (County Ludwigsburg) and Wernau (County Esslingen), with a combined volume of 67,500 m². This corresponds to approx. 45% of the total take-up in the first half of 2022.

Top-7-Industrie- und Logistikmarkt: Höhere Kaufpreise trotz weniger dynamischen Vermietungsmärkten

Das Marktgeschehen bei Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien an den deutschen Top-7-Standorten zeigte im Verlaufe des Corona-Ausnahmejahres 2020 regionale, mitunter wirtschaftsstrukturell bedingte, Unterschiede. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir die Landesschule Baden-Württemberg des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes bei der Erweiterung ihrer bestehenden Fläche unterstützen konnten. In der Krefelder Straße 32 in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt wird die DRK-Landesschule Baden-Württemberg gGmbH künftig weitere 325 m² anmieten.

Der Flächenumsatz am Stuttgarter Büromarkt lag zum 31.03.2020 bei 32.000 Quadratmetern und damit 62 Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert. Berücksichtigt ist hierbei ein Eigennutzerdeal der Stadt Stuttgart mit rund 2.000 Quadratmetern.
