In the south of Munich, SOuth HOrizon at Koppstraße 4 is a loft office building with a very special flair.
The new building, inspired by the factory architecture of the industrial age, combines elements such as a light brick facade and two cantilevered bridge structures with a modern floor plan design for flexible working environments.
Accordingly, Triumph International GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of lingerie and bodywear, and a law firm have chosen the Obersendling location. E & G Real Estate, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), managed the leasing process.
Triumph will move into the approximately 1,585 m² on the 3rd floor at the end of the year. A law firm will then move into the additional 585 sqm in early 2023.
